required by your credit card company. Upon confirmation of credit card fraud, if your
issuing company fails to waive your entire liability for unauthorized charges, Baltimore-
Washington Beer Works will reimburse you for the remaining liability, up to a maximum of
fifty dollars. Federal law limits your liability for unauthorized credit card usage to
$50.
